<li><strong> We need to think from the outside in</strong>. We must relationally connect with those outside of the church. </li>
<li> <strong>Do less to see more.</strong> KBC’ers are already too busy, and need to be freed up.</li>
<li> <strong>More training and suppor</strong>t. Group leaders need more support and training</li>
</ol>
<p>As such I am suggesting we follow and adapt the model of most churches who reach the community and have healthy groups, in that we agree to meet less as groups and/or connect intentionally with non-christians regularly. Two workable options are: </p>
<ol>
<li> <strong>Every second week</strong> the group members do connection activities rather than meet as a closed group. </li>
<li> <strong>Every four weeks</strong> they do connection activities.
