What Am I to Do?
Every mature believer has a desire to honour God through using their unique abilities and passions in service for Him. And as a local church we are always in need of more volunteers! But we want to engage you in an area that brings you life and bears great fruit for both you and God's kingdom. There are many profiling tools available to help you find your place, but here is a very simple way to start.

1. Delight yourself in the Lord (Psalm 37:4)
If God is the centre of our life, our desires will be close to His

2. Honour your own core values
Only undertake activities that allow you to be in agreement with your deeply held beliefs and values.

3. Find Focus
Make short lists (3-5) of the following:
  • Return: What types of things can I do well, and give me a great return for my efforts?
  • Reward: What sorts of activities make my heart sing and energise me?
  • Required: What does the world need that I can offer?
Usually we can then fine some types of activities that fit all three areas. That gives you an indication of where to focus your ministry over time. If you can figure these things out yet, we suggest you try a few ministry areas, and simply see how it works out!
