Whilst I was away with Jeff my husband on a lovely caravan holiday for 6 weeks, my co-leader, Lynne Hall and our home group had a pre-Easter visit to Brookfield Village and ministered to the people living there. I guess that KBC were aware of this anyway but I thought I should bring this event to your attention on this page to encourage other groups to also arrange their own visits and ministry.

It was organised for musical input, (piano, violin and voice) games and participation and for Margo Heyburn one of our home group members to bring a solid evangelical message of the Easter message of freedom, life, love and hope. The entire event was apparently very well received by all who attended.

As Brookfield Village is a Baptist Home for the Aged, this is definitely a ministry opportunity for all aspects of home groups to visit and outreach.

A great opportunity .. Lynne and the group as a whole did a magnificent job.
