Be honest when you’re asked a tough question

When someone asks a tough ques­tion, the best thing you can do is be hon­est. Bill Wil­lits says it’s help­ful to say “this is what I think, but I need to get back to you.” Or open up the ques­tion to the group to help find the answer.
